Booking Process
- You must contact and provide information to me about your potential photoshoot.
- Payment- Before deposit, I will contact and inform you if requested time is available. Once I do, you can go to the next step and send your deposit of 50%. It can be sent via Venmo, Cashapp, and Zelle. ***Bookings will not be confirmed until deposit is received***
Refund Policy
- The booking deposit is non-refundable.
- In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen incident that prevents Justicee Photography from shooting on a scheduled date a new date will be scheduled or client will be refund of their deposit, if applicable.
- No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend the activity on the day and at the time listed, when the booking was made.
- Refunds will NOT be given due to “not liking a photo”
FAQ
Can We Purchase Additional Photos?
Yes, additional photos can be purchased for the range of $15-$40 depending on type of session.
Do You Travel?
Yes there is a $.45 cent/mile fee for any locations outside of Lakewood California limits. The additional fee will added to your remaining balance. If the location of your shoot is more than 20 miles outside of Lakewood City limits, please contact us prior to scheduling your appointment to make sure long distance is available.
How Do I Book a Session?
Below this page there is "Book a session" button. Click the button and fill out the information on what type of session you are looking for.
What Are The Available Payment Methods ?
There is an initial deposit collected when a session is booked. We use Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp. The remaining balance can be paid prior or the day of the shoot.
When Should I Receive My Photos ?
Clients should receive images within 4-7 days after the shoot. If clients wants an express shipping of photos, there will be an additional fee.
